Traditionally, Ajrakh is the name for a block printed cloth with deep crimson red and indigo blue background. The name may be derived from “Azrak”, meaning blue in Arabic.
Ajrakh features both vegetable dyes and mineral dyes; Indigo is the primary one. Our silky, flowing, ankle length Ajrakh skirt is hand-dyed and hand-printed. It's a size Small with an elastic waistband that measures 30" but stretches to 45". Perfect with boots and a favorite pashmina!
