This fabulous piece makes us dream of times gone by, like waaay gone by when saber-toothed tigers roamed the earth over 10,000 years ago.  The 9 gorgeous canine-tooth shaped amber-colored resin drops have lovely deep striated veins trapped inside, similar to amber.  One can imagine ancient snail trails caught in time. The shape and structure of this necklace is exquisite.  Vintage filagree beads bookend the  'saber tooth' resin with smaller beads separating the 'teeth' to allow the light to shine through.  A lightweight interlocking circular chain allows for total adjustability. The total drop of this necklace is 16", but can be shortened to choker length if desired.

The vintage dripping amber resin teeth are of Italian origin, circa 1975.
