DOUBLE CROSS EARRINGS

Our Double Cross earrings are big on style, yet light in weight.  These beauties are a Serrahna original that give a huge nod to the cross design seen in Navajo weaving and adornment.  The cross holds a major cultural and historic significance to the the Navajo.  We focused on the Navajo mythology of the cross that honors Spider Woman. The Spider Woman Cross is a symbol that was given to the earliest weavers to help them remember Spider Woman’s teachings and wisdom. In Navajo mythology, Spider Woman is the constant helper and protector of humans. Spider Woman is also said to cast her web like a net to capture and eat misbehaving children-- a fun little fact to drop at your next family gathering.  These earrings are a vibe all to themselves, and they'll be your go-to pair that you will wear with everything!  Choose your poison: 24K gold-plate over 925 silver or 925 silver. The upper cross measures .75" and the lower cross measures 1.25". Hand-made and carved energetic rope scroll repoussè work outlines both crosses.  The full drop of these earrings measures 2.25".  These Double Crosses will help ignite your spidey senses for the better and humanities sake!
