 Exquisite embroidery and bling makes this classic flutter sleeve tiered peasant dress sparkle.  Let's start with the abundant, colorful embroidery and mirror work on the front, back and sleeves.  The beautiful black 100% cotton base allows the rainbow of colorful embroidery and details to shine. The abundance of mirror work, sequins and beads is a luxurious and artistic feast for the senses.  This comfortable dress  is chock-a-block full of delightful details:  metallic embroidery and mirror work galore.  The lovely 3/4 flutter sleeve cuffs are flirty and fun.  The upper sleeves are equally bedazzled with the fabulous mirror work and colorful embroidery.  This fantastic dress will take you through the seasons.  Norma threw this on over her buffalo flannel plaid and corduroy skirt with crinoline slip and boots.  The tiers of the skirt have a ruffle hem which gives visual interest and a playful feel to the black cotton.  Size Large, 45”chest.  Four button closure at neck/chest front.  Also Available in white.
