Quan Yin, known in eastern religions to be the mother goddess of compassion, mercy, and unconditional love, is the focal point of this contemporary neck piece.. The Buddhists worshipped her in her feminine form starting in the 12th century. Hand carved labradorite with flashes of aqua, blue, and gold make for a brilliant rock specimen, honoring this divine deity. Backside of the pendant is a floral leaf scroll repousse, which crawls up the side bezel. The 1 1/2 inch long thunderstone is hung by a beautiful textured floral leaf bale. The Pendant is hung from a modern silver formed collar.
