The striations allow the light to dance when polished. Tiger's Eye is a variety of quartz that is considered semi-precious with natural, lustrous, waving bands of light called chatoyancy in geologic terms. And this piece has chatoyancy like no other!  The term 'chatoyancy' comes from the French word for 'shining like a cat's eye'.  The Tuareg craftsmanship is elevated in this gorgeous ring. You will find beautiful etching scrolls and details along the side and bottom of the silver bezel and wide band.  The silver is high grade more than .925.  The open back bezel allows the metaphysical properties of the gemstone to directly touch your skin.  Wearing tiger's eye can boost your self-confidence and help aid in finding your motivation, among many other positive qualities.  Size 11.
